COUNTY NETWORKS

North State Together is a regional network of cross-sector partners who have come together to strengthen educational outcomes from cradle to career for ALL in far Northern California.

County network teams

Our ten county networks are the foundation of North State Together’s regional collective impact model. Our county network teams bring together community leaders, cross-sector partners, families and students that combine expertise to work toward a vision of student success. They are composed of staff and faculty from our region’s K-12 districts, community colleges, a CSU and UC, nonprofit organizations, government, and local industry leaders. This network of practitioners and experts collaborate to guide regional and county level initiatives and craft tactical plans that will help student populations in the North State.

ADVANCING MODOC

Modoc County has formed Advancing Modoc. Advancing Modoc is composed of leaders from the Modoc County Office of Education, Modoc Joint Unified School District, as well as leaders from local community organizations, government agencies and the business community.

CRADLE 2 CAREERS 4 SISKIYOU

Cradle to Careers for Siskiyou (C2C4S) is collective impact collaboration between the Siskiyou Joint Community College District, College of the Siskiyous Auxiliary Foundation, Siskiyou County Office of Education, Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors, First 5 Siskiyou, the Tribes of Siskiyou, students, and other school districts, colleges, civic and community organizations, government agencies, and businesses engaged in, or supportive of, the education and well- being of children, youth, and adults in Siskiyou County.

EXPECT MORE TEHAMA

Expect More Tehama is a broad range of community members engaged in a movement to address local issues in education by convening people, fostering relationships and discovering community together.

REACH HIGHER SHASTA

Reach Higher Shasta supports initiatives from the first day a child is born to the first day in their career ensuring every student has every option available to them.

TRINITY TOGETHER

Trinity Together: Cradle to Career Partnership (Trinity Together) is comprised of leaders from the Trinity County Office of Education and the education community, the local business community and local service organizations.

GLENN 2 Greatness

Glenn County has formed Glenn 2 Greatness. Glenn 2 Greatness operates from a collective impact model with an emphasis on human- centered design. Our network is currently composed of local leaders representing sectors in educational services, business, philanthropic, nonprofit, and civic arenas of influence. The executive steering committee brings together key people from Orland Rotary, Glenn County Community Action Department, Glenn County Public Health, Glenn Medical Center, Quest Diagnostics, Northern Valley Indian Health, Butte College, UC Davis, Willows Unified School District, the Small School District Association, and Glenn County Office of Education.

lassen Healthcare education collaborative

The Lassen Healthcare Education Collaborative (LHEC) has partnered together to support education and healthcare for all pursuing higher education goals.  Our Mission is to build intellectual growth, human perspective and economic potential in the healthcare community.

plumas COUNTY

Plumas County was recently added to our network.  They are in the process of forming their network and more information will be coming soon.
