Setting Real, Collaborative Targets

Join this workshop to learn about the importance of how to set SMARTIE (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timebound, Inclusive, Equitable) goals in partnership with community to build real accountability for systems to change work. During this workshop you’ll also get a chance to practice creating SMARTIE Targets and engage with others doing similar work.

This workshop is best suited for: Executive Directors, Collaborative Action Network Facilitators, Data Managers, and anyone interested in using SMARTIE targets to advance their work.
