Building & Shifting Community Power in Place

Join Converge for Change for a three part webinar series to introduce participants to a Building & Shifting Power in Place Theory of Change (ToC). The ToC offers an theoretical approach for those working directly with community partners to shift and build community power to historically disenfranchised communities, particularly communities of color, to ensure all residents have the power to determine their own destinies. This is also an opportunity for leaders working in the community to interrogate their organization’s readiness for engaging in racial justice and community building power work. The webinar series will ground participants in the ToC as well as provide examples of how the theory can be operationalized in communities. Participation in all three webinars encouraged.
