Essentials of Succession Planning

Join Alma Advisory Group for a series of collaborative workshops to support participants in developing a structure for succession planning. Session topics will include reviewing the current leadership landscape, exploring research related to the impact of succession planning, utilizing exemplar case studies and other articles on succession planning, and engaging in work time to design their respective plans. Alma will share tools and resources with participants to support them with implementation of their plans as they aspire to build the capacity of the next generation of leaders for their organization.
