Mini Course: Planning for Actionable Systems Change — Session 2

How do I create an equitable collaborative plan to change systems? This mini course provides an overview of Collaborative Improvement– a methodology for equitably improving conditions in your community using the Results Count methodology, continuous improvement principles, human-centered design process with an explicit focus on equity. Join the second of the 3-session mini course to build your awareness and understanding of core collaborative improvement techniques.

This mini course is part of the three virtual 90-min practice sessions. Each session requires 30-40 min of course work to prepare for each practice sessions.
