Through funding from the CPUC’s California Advanced Services Fund (CASF) Adoption Account, we are bringing free digital literacy and online resources to rural residents across the North State. This grant program supports projects that increase broadband access and digital inclusion, especially in places where internet adoption has been limited. It prioritizes communities facing barriers such as low income, senior populations, or socioeconomic challenges.

North State Together, has partnered with the Rural Prosperity Center (RPC) and the North State Planning and Development Collective (NSPDC to launch these free digital literacy and online resource trainings for residents in our northern California rural communities. These trainings are designed with our communities in mind, offered in English and Spanish to ensure meaningful and accessible support. Sessions will be held virtually, with select in-person opportunities across the North State region. This initiative is made possible through funding from the California Public Utilities Commission.
