Kimberly Johnson is the Founder and CEO of ARCH Collaborative, a pioneering organization reducing trauma for individuals affected by abuse, neglect, and exploitation. She co-founded the Children’s Legacy Center, Shasta County’s Children’s Advocacy Center, which integrated outpatient behavioral health and led the California Department of Social Services rural placement pilot to develop innovative solutions for children and youth with complex needs, particularly those impacted by exploitation. A Stanford Graduate School of Business LEAD graduate, she has secured over $20 million in funding for trauma-informed programs and systems change. She lives in Redding, California, with her five children.
