Rosemary Mitchell has over a decade of experience in education, spanning nonprofits, public schools, community colleges, and educational research. After growing up in Trinity County, she is deeply committed to addressing educational disparities in rural communities. Rosemary currently oversees the North Star Regional Technical Assistance Center (RTAC) at the Shasta County Office of Education, leading efforts to support community schools across Northern California. Passionate about collaborative leadership and equity in education, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership at Sacramento State, focusing her dissertation on the impact of community schools in rural settings.
